Review by hotel critic
During our recent stay at Jdv By Hyatt, we had the pleasure of partaking in their breakfast offering, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. As parents to a lively toddler, finding a substantial breakfast is paramount to set the tone for the day ahead. The spread not only catered to our little one but also to our penchant for organic and plant-based options. The fresh honey served at the breakfast table took me back to my childhood in Spain, where my family would harvest honey from our own beehives. It was a nostalgic touch that added a warm and comforting element to the meal. The proximity of eateries like SoupKultur and The Barn allowed us to explore the local culinary scene effortlessly. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, exuding a cozy yet modern vibe that elevated our dining experience. We appreciated the attention to detail in sourcing quality ingredients and the array of vegetarian and vegan options available.
